• Items must be unused, with all original tags & packaging
• Sale items are not eligible for return/exchange
• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screens — returns not accepted for this reason
• Returns for wrong size ordered are not accepted
• Customers pay return/exchange shipping for international orders
• No cash refunds — approved refunds via bank transfer only
